Class Styles

HATHA

A 60 minute practice involving longer holds and intentional breathwork.

Typical Structure*:

Props: 2 Blocks

Warm Up, Standing Poses, Balance, Backbends, Inversions, Cooldown

FLOW

A 60 minute practice involving a sequence with flows or vinyasa.

Typical Structure*:

Props: 2 Blocks

Warm up, Sun Salutation A, Flow B (a flow sequence including standing, balances, and backbends), Cooldown

POWER

A 45-60 minute practice involving a vinyasa sequence, emphasis on connecting movement to breath.

Typical Structure*:

Props: 2 Blocks

Warm Up, Sun Salutation B, Flow B. (a flow sequence including standing, balances, backbends, inversions, and strength-building poses), Cooldown

RESTORE

A 60 minute practice that focuses on turning inward while settling into supported poses. Typically uses props such as blocks, bolsters or cushions, and blankets. Feels like a hug.

Typical Structure*:

Props: 2 Blocks, Bolster, Blanket

Gentle Warm Up, Child’s Pose, 7 Restorative Postures (typically held for 4 minutes), Savasana
